I know it’s been like a month, and I’ve lost a ton of followers. But I’m back and better than ever. I’m down to 161, which is the lightest I’ve been in a long time. I’ve been trying to eat around 500 calories each day and it is going real well. I’m getting full off of tiny meals.
When I left, I went camping in Southern Utah for a week. We hiked every day for upwards of 6 hours, which I’m sure helped me lose weight. I ate like shit though, so I didn’t really gain or lose anything. Coming back from vacation I was around 165, and that killed me. I started working out (burning at least 500 calories) per day on the elliptical.
Right now I feel great. I’m barely eating anything, and when I do it it is purely healthy foods like fruit and vegetables. No wheat. No dairy.
I got one of my friends to do a fruit fast with me for the next week, so we are going to try that and that gives me an excuse to eat very little food.
I’m excited about life. I have only 2 weeks left of college and then I go home for summer. I’m going to try and get to 155 before I get on that airplane.
